It is with profound joy I announce that I am now represented by the Accord Literary agency. It has been one of my dreams to have an agent and now I have two. Accord Literary is a partnership formed by Sarah Odedina and Deborah Ahenkorah Osei-Agyekum to mentor, develop and encourage writers based in Africa writing books for young readers. Their mission is to find original and unique voices and get their books into the hands of readers around the world.
This is something that has always been on my mind when I was actively in the querying trenches. It’s hard to find agents swooping up books by children book writers living on the continent.
I thought I would have to be in the abroad to get an agent but look at God.

There are amazing things in the works already so get ready. This urhobo girl is going international.
