Books I wish I wrote

This is a question that’s popular among writers and authors. What books do you wish you wrote?

For me, I’ve got a ton of answers but I’ll pick five out of them.

Number one is Twilight.

Say what you will about the series, you cannot talk about Young adult books without mentioning this tantalizing romantic book. You literally cannot not talk about it. And I think most people that hate it do cause of herd syndrome and are just jealous. There are so many god awful boring books out there. Twilight is not one of them.

And please don’t give me the excuse of bad writing, the writing was goood. Also, vampires can sparkle if you want them to. They can have three eyes if you want them to. And lastly don’t tell me Bella just pined after Edward so much. Oh please, I’ve seen your Twitter feeds.

Moving on.

I wish I wrote The Hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy. It’s such a crazy book, with crazy stuff and crazy quotes that appeals to me. There’s even a world towel day for it. Never. forget. your. towel.

Violence by Festus Iyayi is number three. Oh I wish I Wrote this book. It’s such a wonderful story. And it’s set in the city I was born in.

A painted house by John Grisham is number four.

Have you read this book? It gave me all the feels! All of them!

And lastly, American Gods.
My reasons? Shadow Moon, Mad Sweeney, Nansi and Mr. Wednesday. That is all.

Ps.

any community forums that cover the same topics discussed here?
I’d really like to be a part of community where I can get suggestions from other experienced individuals
that share the same interest. If you have any
suggestions, please let me know. Thanks a lot!
