The Smoke That Thunders has won its first Award!

I logged into Instagram this evening and saw that my debut ya fantasy novel is one of the winners of an award and I could not believe it! I didn’t even know I was a nominee.

The award is the 2025-2026 Tome Society Book Award.

I’m so so honoured my book was chosen. Thank you Tome Student Literary Society. I hope the kids who get to read my book love it!
